Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed after order confirmation by phone.
  • Customers must pay the shipping charge in advance to confirm the order (COD basis).
  • Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location and are clearly mentioned during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time will be shared during order confirmation and may vary due to location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

  • If a customer refuses delivery, does not receive the product, or is unavailable after confirming the order, the shipping charge will not be refunded.
  • If we are unable to deliver the product due to our own reasons (such as stock issues or logistics failure), the advance shipping charge will be refunded.

Return Policy

  • Products cannot be returned without a valid reason.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of wrong product delivered or manufacturing defects or the product being damaged during delivery
  • Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with proper photo or video proof.

Damaged Product Returns

  • If a product is returned due to damage, the shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Only the product value will be reviewed according to our return verification process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged (by customer), or altered products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted products (if mentioned)
